unhappy with a pair of over the heel socks

one pair of these socks were defective one would not come all the way up to my calf area.

Cute below the knee

I really like the color and style and the fact that it keeps my legs warm. The only complain I have is although it says over the knee, it kept on rolling below the knee. Looked cute anyway but I wished it would be over the knee. And I am not tall! (5’2”)
