Melitta Coffee Maker short on quality

A++ for design, however, the product does not appear to be of Melitta quality to last. Glass carafe, paper thin, weighs in at 14.6oz and feels like egg shell thickness, glass discolors with usage, can see with naked eyes, thin lines in glass circumference. After a few days use, the unique "copper" collar, began to show white Steam? marks not removeable. The filter basket, has a spring stopper on bottom that gets stuck in open position, causes drips (potentially more trouble, if not aware and would remove carafe before brewing complete)! Expectations are for a Drip Coffee Maker to last minimally 5 years, after 1 week of use . . . sadly unsure this will hold 6 mos needing to be cautious and watchful. May just be too delicate and 'high maintenance" for my spouse's daily use.

Great coffee maker

Was intrigued by this coffee maker, so I purchased and have been impressed this far. It makes great tasting coffee and the "strong" feature works well if you like a robust cup of coffee. Highly recommend.

#1 Stunna

Stunning on the counter and delicious coffee - my wife had swindled me into a Keurig and I finally had to tell her we were switching back to drip. Did the research, landed on the Melitta Vision and we could not be happier!

Best coffee machine I’ve ever had!

I’m in love with this coffee machine, the details were not spared in the creation of this machine, it brews a great cup of coffee and conveniently takes up little space on counter and I love that it can be arranged in many ways to accommodate space. Although this isn’t mentioned in the description, I contacted a Melitta and the water tank is BPA free.

Get it!

Great taste, simple and easy function, good looking. Its the best coffee machine I’ve used. The only thing I don’t love is that one of the top lids hinges and the other doesn’t. I’m just afraid I won’t be paying attention and break the lid that’s not connected. Other than that A+!

Melitta Vision

Since my 10 year old grinder built-in coffee maker with a stainless carafe finally broke, I was looking for the same style. However, I fell in love with Melitta Vision coffee maker so I gave it a try. Simple, Stylish, and Practical. I love my new coffee maker.
