Response from company !!!! Its a show stopper

I purchased the militia 8 cup Tocco thermal coffee maker on 10/30/2022 from Macys I did not start using it until February 2023 when I moved into my new home. From day one the coffee was never hot it was very warm. I put hot water in my mug prior to pouring the fresh coffee to keep the temperature hot. Now I have to make the coffee microwave it and then pour it into my travel mug. I need to know is this normal temperature ? I really like hot coffee and this coffee machine as expensive as it is not up to par with the coffee it produces . Can you please help me maybe I am making it wrong. RESPONSE: ----> We think that it may be damaged. You would need to replace it with a new one.

Thermal lining in pot is peeling away

After a year's use, the thermal lining in the pot is peeling away. Shame because that means the whole item is useless. I'll ask for a replacement and keep an eye on it. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Better than Cuisinart

After years of using a Cuisinart coffee maker w/grinder, we decided to buy a separate coffee grinder and find a better coffee maker. The Melitta's brew temperature is hotter, and we like the coffee better. Also, the carafe is much better and doesn't drip. We only wish Melitta would sell their European model here which has the glass lining in their thermal carafe.

this coffee pot just stopped working, It turns on but does not brew. For the money it was not worth it. Would not recommend.

Coffee for 2

This is a great small and compact coffee maker for 4 cups of coffee. It pours without dripping and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot. The perfect coffee maker for our needs.

Great coffee maker

Love it! It’s so sleek and very easy to set up as well. You could setup the timer without even reading the instructions. The coffee tastes good and stays hot for couple of hours. Only downside is that you need to turn the carafe upside to pour the last cup.

Satisfied So Far.

Melitta Name is what Sold me on this Item. After reading many Reviews a few months ago, I bought an Old Fashion Perculator. i didn't like it. So I saw this Melitta in a Macy's Ad. Being a newer Item, there weren't any real Ratings by folks who bought it. I figured Melitta would not put their Name on a Lousy Coffee Maker. Sure you can find Faults, but it makes Good Coffee, and I wanted a Carafe.
