Best gift I gave this year!

Keeps my coffee hot for hours. It is easy-to-use and clean. Compact and nice looking. Easy to understand instructions suits my requirements perfectly.

Love this coffee machine!

This machine has been putting in the work in my coffee-loving househouse! And it still works amazing! Not only is it super easy to clean but it looks lovely on my kitchen counter. The coffee always tastes great and the thermal mug keeps it warm for so long! I was really impressed :).

Response from company !!!! Its a show stopper

I purchased the militia 8 cup Tocco thermal coffee maker on 10/30/2022 from Macys I did not start using it until February 2023 when I moved into my new home. From day one the coffee was never hot it was very warm. I put hot water in my mug prior to pouring the fresh coffee to keep the temperature hot. Now I have to make the coffee microwave it and then pour it into my travel mug. I need to know is this normal temperature ? I really like hot coffee and this coffee machine as expensive as it is not up to par with the coffee it produces . Can you please help me maybe I am making it wrong. RESPONSE: ----> We think that it may be damaged. You would need to replace it with a new one.

Brew temp

I love the look of it, but I feel it doesn't brew at a hot enough temperature and also doesn't keep coffee hot enough. A bit disappointed after having a Bonavita.

thermal lining inside the pot is coming loose

After about a year of light use, the thermal lining inside the pot is coming loose. I may as well throw it out after having consumed some of that lining without knowing. The warranty has expired, nobody cares - nor Melitta or Wabilogic. I loved this product, so easy to use and convenient, but all that is irrelevant if it already useless after a year. And it's not a cheap product! I may have to go back to a simple glass pot with stewed coffee. Very disappointing!
