I rarely leave reviews, but I have to warn others

The quality is extremely poor. After just one use, the rotisserie spit rod rusted, and the oven tray discolored. By the second use, the convection fans stopped working entirely. Cooking performance was disappointing—it took twice as long to roast chicken compared to my Breville countertop oven. I’ve had my Breville for 7 years and it’s still going strong despite heavy use. This oven doesn’t even come close in comparison. I’ve decided to upgrade to a newer Breville model—yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s worth every penny and built to last if cared for properly. This oven, on the other hand, feels cheap, looks cheap, and likely won’t last six months. Even budget brands like Black & Decker are far superior in quality. Shame on Macy’s for carrying a product this poorly made, especially in today’s economy. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this—invest in something that will actually last.
