Absolutely love!

This was a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! The craftsmanship is beautiful! Very well made and rich looking. Attention to every detail! I would definitely recommend!

Terrible craftsmanship and zero customer service

This rating is for the briefcase quality and the company customer service: McKlein, not Macys. For starters these are expensive briefcases to last a lifetime, or so you would think. I had the briefcase less than a year and the zipper started to split under regular and average usage. The zipper became stuck open and the company McKlein claimed they could warranty the zipper, could. But it would cost out of pocket shipping to mail it to them and out of pocket to return to me after performing a zipper repair after having the item several weeks....after paying this kind of money one would expect, number one a quality product able to withstand normal use, and also that the company would have a much better customer service standard. Perhaps a replacement or warranty work with coverage to have it shipped and returned to the manufacturer where it was made defective. Very disappointed. I have money to spend for high quality business items but will go out of my way to inform colleagues of this.

Beautiful,classy, professional work bag!

This is the most beautiful bag of this type. It looks classy and expensive. The extended handle goes up and down easily without sticking or getting jammed. The bag’s handles are also sturdy and strong.There is sufficient room for my laptop and several files. I love it!

Cute but completely useless

Room for a small laptop and it’s charger and anything else. I got it for law school but nothing fits in there Very disappointing

A Lady Styling Red

The briefcase appears to be well made. I love the height of the handle on the briefcase. I am 5’7” tall and I am able to stand up straight and pull the bag behind me maintaining great posture! The bag is not a solid tan inside as shown but a paisley print which is why I gave it four stars.

Form and Function

Beautiful bag with lots of pockets for computers, tablets, notes, etc. Made of smooth burgundy leather with wheels on the bottom to save your back.

Great bag for commuting

I am happy with this purchase. Holds my full size laptop, files, date book and personal stuff too. I don't love how the handle pull sleave (area). When the handle is extended I can see items inside of the bag. Front pockets are helpful to get to items that I need right away. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but the construction seems sturdy. I bought the blue bag and it's like a royal blue. I love the paisley print interior.
