FurnitureMatrix Upholstered Side Chair, Created for Macy's

This was the worst buying experience that I ever had. I ordered the entire Matrix dining set table, 6 chairs, along with the server over a year ago (July 2021). For the entire year, I was not able to use my Macy's card because they put a hold on the card. They then closed my Macy's card in March 2022 without informing me, due to inactivity. I had to open a new Macy's card so they can deliver the furniture, which was in mid August 2022. Late September 2022, I noticed a large saw dust looking pile with 3 round holes on one of the chair. A couple of days later, I found one dead powderpost beetle on the floor, and another one dead on the carpet in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. I called Macy's and notify them of this problem. They only offer to pick up the furniture and a full refund. I had to fumigate my house because of this. And when I asked them to reimburse me for the extra costs from fumigation, hotels stay, they refused. Now I'm traumatized. Never again buying from Macy's.

Not so great chairs

We've had these chairs for 10 months. They are pretty and I love the dark wood color. But they have already become squeaky. The cushions are starting to flatten. We mostly use them for meal times. We are not a heavy family so I'm disappointed that the chairs are already squeaky and flat. Pretty but not durable. We'll probably need to fix or replace them soon.

Beautiful Wood Chairs and Table

Nice (beautiful) solid wood chairs. Had a few white marks on them when they arrived, but Macy's sent out a company who touched them up right away. Great service company as well. Ordered extra chairs in case anything happens in the future and can't order again, but the chairs are very nice.
