First time using sea moss

I added the sea moss gummies to my and my boyfriends vitamin regiment about 1.5 months ago. We also use the b12, B3, men’s multivitamin gummy, and I take the adult multivitamin liquid. Personally since I have started this regiment plus the probiotic I have had ZERO constipation issues. I usually struggle with tears and bleeding due to straining and I have had ZERO issues since taking these. Can’t say which product is working, but I feel like I need no more than 6 hours of sleep, it’s easier for me to wake up, and I’m not so groggy during the day. My boyfriend eats them without a fuss, and that’s good enough for a man’s review lol

Seamoss in a gummy !!

I love the fact that this is a vegan product and sugar free suprised me. I have been taking regular sea moss in smoothie but, this has been wayyyyyy easier to just take two sea moss gummies and go! I highly recommend this product.

I wanted to love these. They are hard and clumped together….not sure how fresh the bottle was or if they got over heated in shipping….taste is just okay at best. I love the benefits of sea moss, but won’t get those again unfortunately.

The taste of these is pleasant but the texture not so much. Some of the gummy is soft while part of it is very hard, like a piece of hard candy. The inconsistency is very off putting.
