I can see an improvement on my nails

I have been taking the pumpkin seed oil for about three months, and I can see a noticeable difference on and in my fingernails. I used to have brittle flaky nails and now they look very healthy.

Not great.

I was looking for pumpkin seed oil and I saw many ppl on IG raving about it so I ordered one. I don’t know if it works and I don’t think I would ever know because how much I don’t trust it just from the texture and the flavour. The texture was very viscous and left almost like linoleum vaseline type of feel on my lips. It tastes like a cheep vegetable oil (which are inflammatory) and I don’t want to put that in my body. It doesn’t say anywhere what are the ingredients, just mentions in the table of daily value that it has pumpkin seed oil but no description or even a line with “ingridients”. It may have pumpkin seed oil but it definitely is mixed with other cheaper oils. Very disappointed and was really looking forward getting it.just another hyped up by IG influencers products. Please let me know if anyone else had the same experience. Thank you.

Great results!

I can tell a big difference since I started taking this pumpkin seed oil. I highly recommend MaryRuth’s products. This does taste like oil unlike a lot of the tastier vitamins MR offers, but I don’t mind the taste.

Tastes like Pumpkin seeds

started taking this after I had my 2nd baby and I can say that my postpartum hair loss (still happened) but I noticed regrowth 10x faster than my 1st pregnancy. I was taking this product with other Mary ruth supplements and very happy. always seems to be out of stock though :(

Pumpkin Seed oil

I've been taking it for a week. It's easy to take. I have NO doubt that it will be very beneficial for me . I have several friends that use it and have nothing but high praise for this product. I'm so grateful that Carly Limbo recommended it. Thank you for your wonderful products. I can't wait to see the the results that I know I will get.
