Perfect Pick Me Up

Liquid fan and flavor fan. This was a joy to take for those two reasons. Then the potency was felt and really happy because energy drinks are disgusting and very very dangerous and unhealthy.

Delicious and nutritious

Good for adverse effects hysterectomy

I have to take many herbal supplements due to the documented (studies) of the adverse effects from hysterectomy. It was not my choice to have this surgery. I have been on research crusade to find supplements. Ginseng (for me) calms my nervous system and helps me to become steady and calm. I'll take it throughout the day. I have tried a few brands and found this one to be the most effective for me. It's not the least expensive herb. I hope that by writing this review it will encourage more women to come forward and talk about being castrated and the consequences. I take ginseng as well as the multi and nighttime. It's a good combination that nourishes the body. In my opinion, it's better to nourish the body with good ingredients than to destroy it. It helps me to sleep better at night too.

Liquid Ginseng

Taking ginseng is just another way that I could possibly assist in staying healthy at my age of 62 and if I'm going to take supplements I prefer Mary Ruth's all natural products. They are the best. Ethan and Finn agree.🐶🐱
