Liquid nighttime

I have been taking this for just 30 days now. I’m not sure that I can feel or see any difference, however, I am going to continue with the subscription.

Puts me out!

I’ve been taking this supplement for two weeks and it took time, but it literally puts me out!! As someone who has taken sleeping pill at night i finally feel like I can stop taking it and have achieved the ability to fall asleep naturally.

Terrible taste

So Happy with the Liquid Night time

I have been on Ambien for over 3 years!!! I have tried SO MANY times to get off of it and have failed!! My Doctor wouldn't prescribed or suggest any alternatives. I now live with my elderly parents and do not want to be on Ambien because I want to be alert if something should happen during the night. My Aunt came for a visit and told me about Mary Ruth's and suggested I try it. Well it was a rough first 3 nights but I am off Ambien and its been over a month now!! Thank you so very much for your product!! I take the extra strength Lemonade Dream!! I still do not sleep through the night but I am going right back to sleep when I do wake up!! Thank you Thank you!!

a questionable ingredient

I should have paid more attention to the online label, but it was only when I received the product that I realized it has magnesium citrate in it and not magnesium glycinate. This makes no sense, considering it's part of a nighttime, sleep-inducing formula.

Extra strength is misleading….

This nighttime multivitamin was effective in that I did fall asleep faster and did not wake up groggy, even on days I slept late or woke in the middle of the night. I knocked off a star because I felt the original formula was more effective to aid with sleep and the lemonade dream favor is odd. It’s not bad tasting but also not enjoyable like the pineapple flavor of the original version. I’ll be returning to the original version.

Menstrual trouble-copper supplement

If you’re sensitive to copper supplements , do not take. It will negatively affect your menstrual cycle with increased bleeding, earlier periods, and excessive cramping. I didn’t notice any sleep benefits so not really worth the trouble.
