great addition

this is so adorable and a great addition to my Christmas décor! love love love. Hope she continues to add more to the line because I will be sure to buy it!

Love this ...

Very nice paper house, ordered another one. The very small white deer in back of tree could be deleted, can't see it. Wish they had put lights with timer - on/off switch is on bottom.

Great Snow Roof Collectibles...

I purchased both the house and the church from the Martha Stewart Christmas Collection and am very pleased that I did. I ordered the two items on-line and they arrived in perfect condition. They are well designed and when lit, cast a nice glow from the inside. They are versatile and can be used anywhere....on top of a mantel, bookcase, etc. I would love to see some additional paper houses next year as part of the collection as I think that most people who bought the house and church, would probably like to see some additional items added to make a "Holiday Village".

Cute Light-Up Paper House

I love the bigger size of this paper house. It's got lots of nice details, including cotton on the roof & the chimney sprinkled with white glitter; pearls in the sisal trees; a little white deer at the front door, and a puff of cotton (like a snow drift) in front. The windows and the door have cardboard frames and are backed with semi-transparent paper to give the light a nice glow. It is mounted on thick, white cardboard, and the switch is underneath, so you have to turn it over every time you turn it on or off. The entire house & base are sprayed with white glitter, which sheds a little every time you pick it up. The icicles are cardboard and a little bendy, but cute. The light is mostly warm white, bright without any blue or green tint. It takes 3-AAA batts and is not programmable. Overall, the quality is pretty good, what you would expect in a good paper house.
