Great winter sheets

I love these thick/warm/comfortable sheets and would highly recommend them to others. They fit my 14.5 inch mattress perfectly. While they say that they'll fit mattress depth up to 17 inches, that's pushing limits and one would have to put some muscle into stretching them onto anything more than 15. I love the more modern colors, specifically the light gray, and the sheets really wash up well (minimal shrinkage or wrinkling). I tend to sleep hot (like sweat) so I was concerned about heat. Surprisingly, I feel like these moderate my sleeping temps more than percale sheets. Not sure why but I seem to sweat less in these. The only downside is that the set only comes with two pillow cases (I'd prefer 4) and they fit my regular pillows a bit snug. If you have a mattress under 15 inches, I'd highly recommend this sheet set.

Soft and warm to sleep in

I alternate between these and the fleece sheets I have. I love the cream color and the soft feel. Sleeping is so comfy in these sheets! I also have a Martha Stewart bedspread I love.

Disappointing

I ordered this set because it said it fit up to a 17" mattress and I'm tired of my flannel sheets barely covering the box springs. This set is not much of an improvement. My box springs is 15 in and the fitted sheet barely covers it. The flat sheet is short and barely tucked. I had to squeeze the pillows to get them in the pillow cases. I washed these in warm water before using them. The only reason I gave these 3 stars is because the fabric is thick and a good quality. Skimpy sheet set. Definately not a luxury set as implied by the name.

THE BEST FLANNEL SHEETS EVER

i just received this pair of flannel sheets. I'm beyond pleasantly surprised. The flannel is heavy and substantial. I washed them right away and put them on the bed. They're very soft and comfortable. You won't be disappointed. No pilling. I'm ordering another pair. Great gift for Christmas.
