Doesn’t Work and can’t return

I just got back from Macy’s. I purchased this and tried to use it once, but it sucks the pasta back up and flops it around. There are no instructions or any number to contact on how to return it. I tried to return it in store, and they told me since I used it, they can’t take it back. I can’t find any contact information on how to return it otherwise. They said to contact the manufacturer. Please don’t waste your money on this. I am so upset. I love to make fresh pasta and this was such a disappointment.

Where are the instructions?

I received this as a gift and there is nothing in the box, just multiple metal rollers and covers for the attachment piece. I’ve searched online and cant find anything either! I hear metal rolling around in the attachment, not sure if I got a bad product or it’s just the way it is... either way I’ve spent about 2 hours getting it together as best I could but it’s still loose and probably not going to work. Help! Pasta is a simple thing I was hoping to enjoy,
