Don't Bother. You Will Wait Forever.

I ordered this sofa and it's been more than 8 weeks and I still haven't been contacted about delivery. Don't believe Macys when they say the piece will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. They're lying. And they won't provide you with any updates. You just have to wait and wonder. Awful customer service and I will never order furniture from Macy's again. It's no wonder the whole brand is crumbling and stores are closing left and right.
