Very Poor Customer Service Response

Having issues with a return on this order due to items broken in shipping - cannot reach ANYONE via phone or email - online chat I think the problem is resolved - only to be emailed from a 'No-Reply' address conflicting what the online Customer Service Rep told me. FRUSTRATING!!!

Beautiful glassware at a great price!

I bought these wine glasses along with the matching champagne glasses and tumblers and I absolutely love them! I wanted to add a touch of elegance to my Thanksgiving table and these really did the trick. My only complaint is that A LOT of glasses arrived broken because they are not packaged well for transportation. Macys was great about sending me new ones, but if you can buy them in store I would recommend that to save yourself the hassle!
