Not flattering on shorter people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not decide if this was a top or a dress. It was very long and the sleeves were odd. The material was clingy and also wide. I felt like I was wearing a white bag. It went right back.

What in the World?

This top did not look like the photo. Cheap shiny fabric. Volumes of shirred material with nowhere to go. Maybe black in a size down could have worked, but it’s a final sale. I should have known. I can honestly say that it DID NOT fit as expected, but was it too large? Part of it was.

I bought this in white

I bought this in white and I love it. The fabric is much softer than expected. It's also thinner than I thought it would be. I'm 5'4â€; 120 lbs; and wear a 34C cup and this just fits me in an extra small. It's very figure flattering.
