Excellent coat for cold weather

I live in Moscow, Russia, where we have long cold winters. This is the third Andrew Marc down coat that I have purchased. The quality is excellent, they are very warm, and they have a convenient inside zippered pocket to keep valuables safe.

Very pleased with this coat

This coat is everything the on-line description promised. It is very comfortable. It is filled with down and feathers (50-50), has a faux fur collar, which feels nice, has built-in cuffs in the sleeves to prevent air from getting in, has four (four!) pockets -- two large side pockets for gloves etc, one inside breast pocket and one outside breast pocket (both are large and have zippers). I got the olive color, and it looks great. The construction appears solid. I recommend it highly.

Great jacket but scuffs easily

This jacket looks great and is super warm, just make sure you don’t bump into anything while wearing it. The shell material is super sensitive. I’ve had it a few weeks and the front is already scuffed (don’t remember how or where it happened). Also be careful if you put your hands in the pockets, the zipper is kind of sharp and scratched the sleeve leaving another mark.

Very nice coat

This coat is very nice; it is everything the reviews said. It has zippered side pockets (deep ones), a zippered pocket on the upper left front, and a deep zippered pocket inside. The collar is furry, and when the coat is closed (zipped OR snapped) I do not need a scarf. I got the olive color, and it looks great -- a subdued, pleasant color. The coat feels very warm. It is a little shorter than the coat is replaces, but otherwise, I am very pleased with this coat. Also, it does NOT have any of those company name advertising names sewed into it. I hope it lasts for many winters. I got the XL size. I am not XL, but it provides space to wear a sweater or sport jacket under it.
