Great quality kids boots

They look as advertised and are better quality than most of my kids shoes. They are heavier and thicker. My daughter loves them and they fit great. Great boots!

Great boots, poor customer service

I placed an online order for a size 3 because my daughter is a 2.5 and half sizes weren’t an option. I received a 3.5 which is way too big for her. I am unable to process a return/exchange through my online account and cannot get ahold of anyone. My daughter likes the boots but I am less than impressed with the customer service, or complete lack thereof.
