wrong color

I ordered tan with tan soles and received cognac with black soles. Messaged the seller and never got a response. And the return window closed, so I'm stuck with this boot 🙄

I never received these boots! I called Macy's and they said they've issued a refund but I never recieved it.

Incorrect color and size

I ordered these in bordeaux color at first and fell in love with them so I went ahead and got them in tan as well. Size 8 instead of 10 was sent and the color is not solid. Also my tan pair looked like it was already worn. Very happy with my bordeaux pair but returning tan ones back.

Tan Boots

Boots I received was not the color Tan with Tan sole as advertised on site…brown in color with black sole not cute not even one of the boot options…will be returning

Boots

First, ups dropped the boots off at a ups access stop and I was not aware, I had a shipping address on Macy's but ups didn't care and the boots was not what they look like on the picture, so I am doing a return, not a satisfied customer at all.

Tan boots

I ordered the tan boots and just realized that the picture of the boots are not the boots I received. They should have been one solid color but the soles are black. I will be getting with customer service this morning to resolve my issue. I would not recommend this product if the boot advertised is not what’s sent to customers.

WRONG COLOR SENDING BACK

They sent the wrong color. I am returning. I cannot comment on the quality or fit of the shoe. This review is solely based on the incorrect color being sent.
