Poor Design

This sweater looked cute on the model, but it is very unflattering on me. First of all, the puffy shoulders are WAY too big and puffy, and stick up higher than shown in the picture, making me look like a clown. The material is chunky, but cheap feeling (Acrylic?). The design is also poor, because the neck is so narrow I can barely get my head thru it (and I have a small head), yet the cuffs on the sleeves are so wide they look like they've been stretched out. I'll be returning this. FYI: The package (brown bag) also came ripped open down the front, and there was a small dark spot on the front of the sweater.
