Coat never received. Terrible customer service.

Coat never arrived! Ordered and charged 02/04. UPS Label created 02/05. UPS tracking notes package never received from Macys. 02/08 Macys customer service rep said package shipped 02/08 but could not explain why UPS had no record. When I pushed for explanation, she put me on hold and never came back. 02/15 still waiting for the coat. I knew Macys had gone downhill over the years, but this is a new low.
