So Disappointed

Gel eye remover is a big disappointment. Not nearly as effective as old Sens Eyes which I loved!! Apply. Massage in. Wait. Repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat! Now in the market trying other manufacturers eye makeup remover. Please consider bringing the old fabulous Sens Eyes back to your customers. As I'm reading reviews...I am not alone.

NOT the ORIGINAL

This new formulation is not even half as good as the original. I love the original blue sens eyes and it removed waterproof makeup with ease. I have to use this new formulation 3 times in a row to remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I am beyond frustrated because I ordered the bottle and the refill. I did not realize this was a different formula!!!

Bring back the old formula

I used the Sens eyes formula for years. It worked so well, I never had to pull or tug on my skin. It took everything off on the first swipe. The new gel formula is horrible. I'm so sad I have to find q new product.

We're sorry to hear that the Gentle Eye Gel did not perform as expected! We do suggest applying the remover on a cotton pad and gently hold against the eye or lip area for a few seconds and swipe to remove makeup.

Disappointed

I used the Sens eyes for years and I’m very disappointed on this new formula. Does not work the same, it does not work for waterproof mascara, will have to look for a different product.

No thank you

I’m puzzled as to why you’ve altered a formula that was arguably the best on the market. As a business owner, I would think providing the highest quality product to your customers would be a top priority. If you feel the need to keep this new, more natural version for those who prefer it, that’s understandable. However, for those of us who value effectiveness, I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision before your customers turn to other brands in search of better alternatives.

Terrible new formula :(

This new formula is awful! I can tell it’s oil based because it bothers my eyes all day after using. It creeps in and burns hours after using. What was wrong with the other formula? Nothing! It was perfect. I had been using it for 10+ years. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it MUFA. Now forced to hunt elsewhere for a new remover that used to be as good as this one once was.

Works great but irritating

Since Clinique Gentle eye has been out of stock forever I needed a replacement. This works great but it burns my eyes if you get any in your eye.
