    • HOW TO USE:
    • For defined lips:
    • Line your lips using an Aqua Lip shade that matches your lipstick
    • Create depth by shading in the edges of the mouth to create definition and blend toward the center
    • Apply lipstick, starting from center of the lip and stretching to the outer corners
    • Finish with concealer outside of lip line to make the edge more defined
    • For fuller-looking lips:
    • Extend the liner just outside of the natural lip line, then fill in
    • Use one to two shades darker than your desired lip color for added dimension
    • Add your favorite gloss in the center of the top and bottom lips to create volume
    • Pair with Rouge Artist Lipstick and Rouge Artist Shine On Lipstick

I’ve been using this lip liner in 14C for years, I love the formula and color, so I’m really upset to see that it’s no longer available. Please bring it back, if I knew that it’s going to be discontinued, I would have bought more of them.

PLEASE BRING BACK 3C

Why would you discontinue this?! People online are looking for a dupe for 3c- it was the perfect long lasting nude! The other popular ones like “wherever walnut” or the others are too brown or too rosy. Bring 3c back!!!!!

LOVE IT.

PLEASE BRING BACK 11C! I’ve been using 11 C for about 20 years. I always buy ten pencils at a time in 11 C fearing this shade might get discontinued. I was getting ready to stock up my next lot when I realized that none of the stores have this shade anymore, including SEPHORA! PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! I use it as a lipstick!

The lip pencil is very nice; HOWEVER, no where in the description did it say that a special sharpener was essential to use with this pencil.

Best color lip liner ever!
