Bad customer experience

I was with my mom and aunt, we were looking for an specific gift and make up for my mom, my aunt was looking for a perfume; while we three were looking, in the beauty section the lady in Estee Lauren was really snobby, didn’t help us actually ignore us the whole time, then the lady in Clinique she was the worse, she actually run my purchase and thought I will not notice that she click no when the pad while I tuned my credit card ask if I want to use my 25%, then when the transaction was completed, I ask her why she rapidly denied the 25% and probably she thought I did t speak English, she was really demeaning and in a big rush, the funny part is we were the only ones in ths whole store. Now I understand Macys closing stores, employees are lazy to talk and sell, nothing more uncomfortable that when you shop, be invisible for who suppose to help. People likes to feel welcome. When we left we all thought how poor service we got. Terrible terrible
