Uncomfortably flawed

It’s beautiful luggage, but the luggage pull handle on the carry on bag is so short that it’s even uncomfortable for me, and I’m only 5’3. I wear heels but the only way I can think to make it work is by wearing flats so I don’t have to lean over to the side to walk side by side with it. It would probably be great for a young child. Someone seriously underestimated the importance of having a carry on that you could comfortably roll around in the airport. I wouldn’t even be able to use the drink carrier attachment I bought without hitting any cup inside.
