Machine is bad

The machine isnt working its been 1 year but its brand new i purchased and didnt use it cox i was moving but now when im using it. Machine is not working

Lower Quality than "Original"

"Original" was way better and came with multiple blades. This is a distinct drop in quality and it shows in both look and feel and operation. Why degrade your product offering over time when you could have improved? It is sad the first model was better and the company couldn't keep that standard.
