Good quality, great service

Though I had to return this purchase because of duplicate purchases of the same product by others from a wedding gift site, I was impressed with the quality for the price. My return was handled seamlessly at a Macy's store in Annapolis. It was a pleasure doing business with a real bricks-and-mortar store where one can do real-time transactions with real people. The Macy clerk who handled the transaction just inside the door made me appreciate anew the kind of service we used to get when shopping was a pleasant experience. Thank you, Macy's.

Just an okay flatware set

I bought a set from this manufacturer several years ago, which was much higher quality than this one. This flatware set is thin and light. Thankfully, I bought it at a steep discount and only need to use it occasionally.
