No more Swivel
All the balls are falling off from inside of the chair and now it’s very unstable to sit in it. I bought it less than 8 months ago. Now I regret it.

Comfortable and high-quality

Cheap
I loved this chair. Less than 2 months ballbearings fell out Can't return & only offered 50% No option to be fixed. After 40 yrs will no longer buy from Macy's

Sturdy, comfortable swivel chair

Even better than I could’ve imagined

It came assembled so no worries for those who are have issues in that line of work; the material is soft and soothing and the details are impeccable!! I don’t believe that the durability will be an issue, it is very sturdy. I believe that it’s definitely worth every penny and will had a modern touch to any room.
