BOOTS COME FOLDED

I waited weeks for these boots to ship to my local store only to open the box and find the boots come folded. Which means they already had a bunch of creases all over the mid section where you wouldn’t have any from walking in them. Can’t believe the poor boxing! No other tall boot company in store did this.

Poor shipping quality

The shoe is cute. Looks to be used. May return. Why would you pack a shoe box in a plastic shipping bag instead of a box to protect the shoe box? The shoe box is damaged. Please pack shoes in a box and not a plastic bag. Some of us like to keep our shoe boxes. Customer service was no help at all. 1 star due to damage shoe box.

Great boots!

They are comfortable and fit great on my calves. Only thing is they do slouch a bit more than I thought they would. But still very cute boots!
