Only received partial item

Never received all of my items and I paid for faster shipping; but say they were delivered , CS was not helpful very rude. Only gave a 1 star bc they wouldn’t let me submit review.

Sad

These clogs are really cute and have some cushioning in the sole. One she felt bigger than the other and I tighten the buckle but, it was hard to walk in them. I will be returning them both pair.
