Bad fit

I am a perfect size 7M shoe. I bought 7M. I have tried full inserts, toe inserts, and a combination of both and I cannot get these shoes to fit. My heel pulls up and out of the shoe constantly. I'm afraid to walk. I think it's just a very bad design/construction. Unfortunately I am past the return date and I have worn them. My bad.
