Never Received this item

Macy’s has charged me for an item they never sent out to me. Had multiple issues with order, this is one of them. Cannot review an item I ordered, yet never received. What is even going on at Macy’s lately, is everything Ok?

Cute Christmas ornament. The only complaint is it smells like perfume . I wish they would stop putting perfume ads with my purchases. Everything smells like perfume and it bothers my allergies.
