Just a little thought

I ordered this for my friend's mom. She resides in an assisted living community and just wanted to get her a little something with the parade in mind. I do have to say it is larger than I thought it would be. She thanked me for it. I hope she liked it. I told her it was to remember to watch me as a balloon handler in the parade.
