Very disappointed. The item pictured was a drop earring and what I received was a lever back earring

Poor business practice

Terrible. I ordered the earrings to be delivered on 12/21 for a Christmas present. On the on the 25th Macy's can canceled my or for no reason. When I went out to repurchase the price increased by 20.00. Not a good way to do business
