Terrible

Cheapest, worst box I have ever received, going back to Ipsy, do not buy!

Worth the money.

I have subscribed to this for a couple of years. My biggest issue is you don't know when you will get it. Sometimes it is at the first of the month and then sometimes it is at the end of the month. Yes, there are mostly sample sizes. But it is a chance to try things you might not ordinarily buy. I have found a couple of items that I now swear by. I haven't had to purchase mascara, lipstick, moisturizer, masks or nail polish in years as I do not prefer brand specific for any of these items. What I don't like or don't use, I give to my daughter. Excellent purchase.

What I don't like is it is impossible to cancel the subscription online. I have tried everything possible with the links and no options to cancel. I have subscribed for over two years but it is becoming redundant and I need a break.

Oil leak

This was well worth the money ,beautiful, but the cleansing oil leaked all over the other items and ruined everything .l was going to order another but l dont want to face the same situation, and dont have any way to print packing slips to return it .

Quality and Value Diminished

Have been receiving these boxes for a few years. I look forward to them each month. Quality and value has diminished. I do not understand how there can be a waiting list for the boxes when most the time for those of us that have a subscription can't even get the products advertised. There is always a substitution for one of the items. Bring back the quality and value of previous boxes that gave us something to look forward too!

Disappointed

Good products and better sizes. They were tiny samples not even worth the price and didn’t even know that it can’t be returned, very disappointing.
