Mac 24 ct copper cream highlighter

Very hard to open this lid ..packet arrived at 8.15 p.m ..too late in the day to go pik up by front door..lid still not Opened ..will need to take to Macy's to get help with lid ..even poked myself with Knife ..the tiny container arrived seperated from the Box it was supposed to be in ..!! Quite upsetting as now I will need to go to Mall to get help with opening

I was so excited to buy this I love Mac.But when I got it I couldn’t get the lid off wouldn’t turn I’m not a weak person I tried everything when my husband got home he tried to open it also couldn’t … so he used a pair of pliers still wouldn’t open on the last try the bottle broke so sad to say no more eye jell . I had 3 in my cart for my granddaughters but said forget it just would be a waste of 100 dollars.
