Disappointed

Disappointed it does not remove MAC waterproof products easily which is regrettable. However, it does clean other make off.

To fully remove your waterproof products we suggest dispensing two to three pumps of Hyper Real Fresh Canvas Cleansing Oil into the palm of your hand and with eyes closed, gently massage onto dry skin. Massaging the formula from the centre of the face and outward into the skin using fingers to apply pressure and sculpt your features. Emulsify with warm water, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Works well, no irritation

After trying several makeup removers that irritated my skin and one that made my eyelashes fall out, I'm sticking with this one. It works well and there are no signs of irritation the next day (or the same day, but the next day was where I was having problems). That's basically everything I want in a makeup remover. Hope they keep the formula the same! And make a travel size!

One of my favs!!

I love this product! I usually buy two at a time because I go through them! It leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed without drying my skin! It's a very light make up remover, it kind of just dissipates on the skin. Removes make up!!!

Horrible skin? Trust me - Use this!

I've had bad skin my entire life. (Rosacia, Acne, Dryness, Oiliness, Raw, Super Sensitive Skin...) This is so gentle yet effective. If my face can only handle a gentle cleaning - I use this. My skin feels clean and ready to apply a moisturizer.

Disappointing

I'm returning this because it doesn't remove anything without scrubbing. MAC, please bring back Gently Off remover. This replacement isn't working.
