Size up, but adorable dress

I have other dresses from this brand and my same size in this dress was too tight. I could not lift my arms. For reference I am 5’6 140 lbs and usually wear a 6. Also the crystals were already coming off before I tried it on in the front and in the back! Disappointing for the cost. I will reorder in a size up and hope the crystals falling off was a fluke. Otherwise the dress is adorable and has a flattering cut, looks just like the picture.
