Gorgeous dress for black tie event

A beautiful dress! I felt like a princess in this. Stunning quality and very flattering fit. Unfortunately it was a bit matronly for my style so had to return for another Macduggal dress

HORRIBLE RETURN PROCESS

This item runs two sizes small. I purchased multiple sizes and attempted to return the ones that didn’t fit. However, Macy’s holiday return policy apparently did not apply to this item, and the store refused to process the return, stating it was due to ongoing issues with customers receiving refunds from “third-party vendors.” They suggested I send it back myself. This delay pushed me past the return window, and now Mac Duggal has refused to accept the item, instructing me to escalate the matter to Macy’s. When I contacted Macy’s, they claimed the seller must resolve the issue. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop between Macy’s and Mac Duggal with no resolution.

Unique and Beautiful.

I bought this dress for a ball. I used the sizing chart and it was one size too small. I love this dress and I received some many compliments. It was well made and unique.

Amazingly crafted. The dress fit me like a glove and I got so many compliments I was blushing all night long.

incorrect sizing

I couldn’t wait to receive this dress to try on. Had the dress been the correct size per chart, it would have fit. I ordered a size 8 which should have been 38 inches bust but the dress I received has a 34 inches bust on this size 8. I don’t understand the inconsistencies of the sizing. I read someone ordered 2 dresses by this designer and the sizing was off. I decided I will not attempt to get another size to try, I will just return.

Dreamy high quality formal gown.

This is a high quality gown with 3 layers to create a dreamy almost floating illusion. Outer tooling layer with heavy appliqués give it a couture look. Second layer is a fitted soft lace and under that a silky slip of satin. Perfect if you want your arms covered, but sheer enough to not appear heavy. Very flattering as its tight higher up and hides your stomach. Fits true to size.

The gown is just perfect. It is well made and except for the length, the size 4 fits just right. The price was also amazing for such a high quality work. The appliqué and beading is beautiful. I look forward to wearing it to my grandsons wedding.
