Beautiful dress. I was not pleased with the cap sleeve. It did not lay well on my shoulders and made the sleeve feel very uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful dress! The long, slender sleeves have a hidden zipper at the wrist and the dress a long back zipper which makes it easy to don. The length is perfect for my 5'6" height, hitting me at mid-calf. The color is deeper than it appears in the photo: I'd call it more of a medium mauve, with sequins colored as light as silver and as deep as the dress. It's reasonably comfortable for a beaded dress like this - certainly more comfortable than the others I tried! The only negative is the stiff ruching inside the top of the sleeve. It's gathered and sewn in place but sticks out a good 3" from the shoulder, forming a "shelf" at the top of the sleeve. Since the sleeve itself is sequined and beaded soft chiffon, the "shelf" is quite noticeable when wearing the dress and the soft sleeve material collapses under it as I move my arm. Looks weird, but I expect that with a careful application of scissors to the ruching, I will fix this quite easily. I'll be wearing this lovely dress with plain silver pumps to my daughter's wedding this summer. The bride loves it!
