It's a no :(

I found this very dry, would drag and you would have to use a lot to get the colour pay off you expect

Holiday Colour Excess Gel Pencils

I picked both of these gel pencils up : blurring blue and gleam on. I got gleam on to go with jingle tingle holiday shadow. These pencils are not smooth in application at all. The regular gel pencils I find to be more opaque than these. I have 5 of the regular gel eye pencils they perform way better than these. The color on the blurring blue one from holiday is not shimmery either which is why I purchased it. I may keep the green one to put jingle tingle holiday shadow on top but honestly I can use a liquid dazzle shadow underneath like beam time or born to beam paint pot because jingle tingle leans kind of gold anyway. Sorry MAC these are not worth it an absolutely do not recommend these. Happy Holidays Ladies !!!
