charged for nothing

I ordered this set, with 2 other items for store pickup. I couldn't go for pick up in store on time, so my order was cancelled. I was just checking my other orders, and I realized, I was still charged for this set? and it says was picked up? Even though I never picked it up. It was one order of 3 items, so practically it's not possible to pick 1/3 of ur order, when the full order is ready for pick up? It's very scary and annoying at the same time. I am very disappointed.
