Mac color excess gel eyeliner

I love the color, however I was told in the store that the eyeliner would go inside my eyelid in last 12 hours. When I put it on it won't even go on the inside of my bottom eyelid. So I had to put it on the actual skin underneath my eye and it kind of ran by the end of the day.

This is the best. It does not smear and it goes on in a single line. Doesn't get caught on my lower eyelashes when I use it there. I have 6 different colors now.
