Don’t use white glove service

The problem was with the delivery. Didn’t mind them being late. But the driver used a power tool to assemble the wood tables instead of the tools that came with the furniture. He appeared to over tighten the screws. I refused to accept one of the tables in fear of the legs splintering or coming off. Did not cover his feet (it was raining) nor would he clean up the particles from the packaging. Macy’s did not respond to my complaint. So far no problem with table. The other person performed as expected.
