Damaging Instructions come with product

Trying to follow the assembly instructions does damage to the product. For one step, the instructions are exactly the opposite of what needs to be done. The picture instructions are cluttered and confusing, and diddicult to decipher. Unit came in this Morning. I reboxed the table after a couple or so hours with it. Tomorrow morning I am notifying Macy's that I want to return it and want a refund. A simple little table---not so attractive after I opened it--- should not be this difficult to put together. It is not worth the hassle.
