Dissappointed

I ordered this jacket and apparently it is not directly from Macy’s, the first package arrived at post office and could not be delivered to me due to the vendor didn’t put my apt# so post office returned to sender. I contacted Macy’s and they sent a message to vendor, they sent a second shipment and even though I specifically asked not to send via post office and reconfirmed my correct address, they still sent via post office, the second package now shows that has also been returned to sender. I hate that Macy’s is now using with third party vendors, leaves little to be desired for Macy’s great service history.

Runs small. Def order a size up as it runs small. I am usually a medium and ordered a large, but an xl would probably fit more comfortably.

Coat runs small and return is a nightmare

So apparently Macy's works with this company called the Marketplace where they sell their products ( this information came from an employee at Macy's return desk) and this coat is one of them. However,even if you return this coat in person, (And please believe the reviews of how it runs small because it does) you still have to wait 5 to 10 days for the coat to be received by the marketplace before you get a refund on your item. Just so you know...

Good color but weird hood, returned

Beautiful color and fit but the hood was weird, it was really huge and kind of is pointed in the middle, ruins the entire jacket, if you don’t mind that or won’t use the hood much, it is good

Runs small - sizing is off

I ordered this jacket in small and medium. Two months earlier I had ordered Bench's Ryner long coat in a small and it fit well with room if I wanted to layer. In this Bench style, the small was so small the fronts would not touch. The medium would zip but I looked stuffed in it. Both styles have the same size chart but the fit in the same size for both styles were completely different. Had to send both the small and the medium back.
