Where is it?

Haven't received it. I called, was told I'd get an immediate email and it would be sent out immediately, and haven't received an email, still shows package not received by UPS. I've been through this before. The agents, that we call in another country, always say what you want to hear, it all sounds promising, but nothing happens. I'm still waiting, I hope this time I receive my top and I don't have to call multiple times, then I can review the item. What is happening to Macy's, never had this problem in the past.
