Wrong sweater sent

I received the wrong sweater so can’t write a review. I wanted a 100% cotton sweater like the one pictured. I received an acrylic fuzzy sweater that looked 10 years old. How could Macy's do something like that?

I love this sweater!

I had none of the previous reviewers problems with color. The sweater I received looks just like the photo — black pattern on a neutral/natural background. I have a feeling a different photo was originally displayed and has since been replaced by this correct photo. This sweater is comfortable, generous without being sloppy, and hangs nicely. I had ordered a different Lucky Brand cardigan before this but returned that one because the pockets were set in the side seams and bulged unattractively. The pockets on this sweater are placed on the front, lay flat and as a result the sweater has a nice smooth silhouette.

I saw these reviews and wasn't going to buy but...

Love it. I'm not sure why ratings were so low. It's perfect! I'm from MT, and it's perfect for casual or slightly dressed up.

Color not the same.

Colors are different!

The sweater I received is tan and black, not like the photo. I have to send it back and repurchase. Hoping I get the correct one this time!

Confused by what arrived

The Novelty pattern cardigan is gorgeous - a heavy weight cotton cardigan but the picture has color to it (tan, burgundy maybe) yet the main photo is off white and black. The main photo is what arrived not what I intended to order and by the picture of the color way - I believe I ordered the right thing. Will chat with customer service - and Not sure what you will get if you order this but if you want a well made beautiful cardigan (possibly in just cream and black) it is fabulous.
