Cheap Quality! Really Lucky Brand?

Not so lucky! Quality- cheap! Complete letdown. I should have read the other reviews … Taking them back! And side note, the leather is one color… not like the picture that shows the gradual change. They look like payless quality shoes !

Cute boots, beware online purchase

Shoes are well made, comfortable. Love the dual zippers as I have a high arch; however zipper is kind of cheap, noisy. Ordered online and Macys charged me more than the price tag on the box!

Cute but damaged

The shoes are cute and made of real leather. However, the pair I received had a large scratch on the side of one heel. I was also surprised that with a low heel, these were not more comfortable.

Toffee Leather Bootie

This is my third purchase of Lucky Brand booties. The look and the fit of this bootie is perfect on my foot. The color is beautiful. Can't wait to wear it!!

Color is flaking off of heel

I wore these to a restaurant for about 3 hours and when I got home I noticed the dark brown color on the heel is flaking off. There is a paper thin dark brown coating on the heal and a light brown wood heal underneath that is now showing through.

Lovely boots but try them on before buying

Classy looking boots with lovely soft leather upper. Extremely comfortable. Only drawback is that one boot seemed bigger than the other. Or one of my feet is smaller? The next size down was too small so I resorted to a heel grip because the boots were so nice.
